Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA)

You will find below the latest COLA for each group.

BCE 2025 COLA:

BCE retirees are paid their COLA in the November timelines vs. Bell and Bell Aliant who are paid in January and Telebec in the April timelines. This is the COLA for BCE only.

Statistics Canada has published the year over year inflation rate for August 2024. It came in at 2%.

As a result, BCE pensioners should receive a COLA adjustment as follows:

                        BCE Pensioners under 65: 2%

                        BCE Pensioners 65 and over: 2%

BCE Pensioners should receive confirmation from Bell in the coming weeks.
